We ship worldwide from Brazil using tracked express courier services (DHL or FedEx).

• Processing time: 1 business days
• Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
• You will receive tracking details by email once shipped
Import duties or VAT (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns Policy
We want you to feel fully confident in your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your crystal skull, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, based on tracking confirmation.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be in original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• The product must not be damaged or altered
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper repackaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refunds are processed within 3 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund
Exchanges
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our crystal skulls, direct exchanges are not available. You may return an item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
