This one-of-a-kind druzy agate alien skull has a very different feel from most carved skulls. Instead of being carved from a solid block of stone, it was created from a natural agate nodule, leaving the hollow interior open and visible from the back. Inside, thousands of tiny druzy crystal points line the cavity, catching the light with a soft sparkle whenever the skull is turned or viewed from the right angle.
The outer surface shows beautiful agate banding in soft shades of cream, grey, beige, smoky lavender, and translucent chalcedony. Some areas have very fine, almost landscape-like layers, while other sections are more clouded and mysterious, giving the skull a natural, organic character. The contrast between the polished alien face and the raw sparkling interior makes this skull especially interesting to explore from every side.
Walmere gave this skull a strong alien or star being style, with elongated features, large carved eyes, and a smooth, rounded head shape. The carving works beautifully with the natural lines of the agate. Instead of forcing the stone into a standard form, he allowed the patterns, bands, druzy opening, and natural shape of the nodule to become part of the skull’s personality.
Because the center is hollow, this skull is larger than many solid crystal skulls of a similar weight. At 18 cm long, it has a substantial visual impact, but the 1.92 kg weight makes it easier to handle than a fully solid skull of the same size would be. Compared with a solid quartz or jasper skull, this druzy agate alien skull feels more like a natural crystal cave transformed into a being — part sculpture, part geode, and part star traveller.
Energetically, agate is often associated with grounding, stability, calm, and slow, steady harmonizing energy.
